About Nicholas

Nicholas Scalice, founder of Earnworthy

I started in marketing in 2009, and for years I watched the same pattern repeat. The businesses that grew weren’t doing more marketing than everyone else. They’d connected what they already had.

That pattern became the Multiplier Framework, seven parts of marketing that strengthen each other so results multiply instead of stack. The framework became a book, Marketing Is the Multiplier™, and a newsletter, The Multiplier Memo, which goes out every Thursday with one practical idea per issue.

It also became a company. In 2015 I founded Earnworthy®, a marketing systems company in Port St. Lucie, Florida. We help local service businesses turn scattered marketing into systems that run on their own. You either use our system, Amplify, or we run the HighLevel account you already have.

Systems are how I think.

A system is anything that happens without you having to remember it. The lead gets a text back in 30 seconds. The review request goes out after the job. Once you see your business that way, you stop chasing tactics and start building things that keep working. That’s the belief behind everything at Earnworthy. Systems create freedom, and freedom stays concrete around here. Dinner at six. Saturdays that are actually off.

Marketing is what I know.

Seventeen years in, I’ve reviewed more funnels, landing pages, and email sequences than I can count, for clients, for mentees, and for the book. I hold a master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University, and the certifications came along the way. AMA Professional Certified Marketer. Certified Google AI Professional. DigitalMarketer Optimization Specialist. HighLevel Certified Admin. The credential that matters most is simpler. Thousands of local businesses since 2009, and the patterns that repeat across all of them.

Community is where I show up.

Port St. Lucie is home. The Business Club I co-founded has grown past 7,400 local business owners, the Treasure Coast HighLevel Local Chapter I lead was one of the first in the world, and I serve on the board of the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce. Years of free mentoring sessions on GrowthMentor left a paper trail, and it lives on the testimonials page. The rest of my time belongs to my wife and son, in the community I’m proud to call home.

If you’re here about a talk, the speaking page has everything an organizer needs. For anything else, the connect form comes straight to me.
